The striptill method is a technology of minimatizion tillage with the application of two types of fertilizers.
The row spacing of 50 cm of the cultivated soil strips with the striptill machine allows the processing, fertilization and sowing of corn, sunflower, soybean and rapeseed into prepared strips. Precise application of two and possibly even three types of fertilizers to the zone of development of the root system also enables their most efficient use.
The processed strips absorb the moisture of fall and winter precipitation very well. Plant residues in the inter-row protect the soil from excessive heat and retain moisture, especially during the hot growing season.
This year, the new technology of strip tillage with fertilization in the row of seeding prooved up to 18% higher sunflower yield.
