The pressing sets Farmer 10 and Farmer 20 are compete pressing units intended for cold pressing of oilseeds and subsequent filtration. Don’t be dependent on major crushers. This technology is ideal for those who wish to produce their own vegetable oil and feed, as it produces high-quality filtered vegetable oil and press cakes. These can be used as an adequate substitute of extracted groats. Moreover, thanks to their higher fat content, these press cakes have a comparably higher feed value.
The set consists of either UNO or DUO press equipped with a hopper for oilseeds. Beneath the press there are plastic sedimentation tanks for expelled oil. A pump placed on the construction transports the oil from the sedimentation tank into the plate filter, which collects extra solids from the oil.

The press sets Farmer 10/20 are comprehensive solutions for small-scale oilseed pressing that reach a performance of 8 - 24 kg per hour. The design routinely meets EU specifications; however, it can be adjusted to wiring requirements from local markets (e.g. USA, Canada, etc.). The presses can be equipped with a converter for changing revolutions of the main drive, which allows optimization of the pressing process. The press sets are equipped with motors with power output of 1.6-3.5 kW, depending on the technology.
