Technology

1 Full-surface tillage zone. The double-row disk section with aggressive geometry ensures excellent full-surface undercut to depth 2.25"–7" with intensive mixing of crop residues. The disk section is also spreading well crop residues over the field surface.
2 The deflectors behind the disks increase soil crushing and crop residue incorporation.
3 Clods crushing and soil re-compaction zone. Optimum soil re-compaction ensures good water infiltration and soil water capillarity to the surface.

Disk cultivator Diskomat has a very wide array of use in various tillage technologies . It is suitable both for classical stubble cultivation post-harvest to various depth up to 7" and for various types of other tillage.

Great advantage this conception is the leveling effect

A great advantage of the machine conception is the generally known leveling effect, so the disk cultivator is also suitable for pre-sowing tillage when emphasis is put on good land leveling and quality tillage.

Disk cultivator Diskomat is unique in the overall construction and design as well as in the solution of the individual technical nodes and the use of special material technologies. That provides the machine with very compact dimensions (mainly for transport on the public road), very low weight and its favourable transfer to working units and particularly very low maintenance requirements. The machine construction meets the requirements for safety and requirements for the approval of operation on the public road.

Disk cultivator Diskomat N

  1. Disks with the diameter 24.5" arranged in two rows will undercut the ground. Working depth is 2.25"–7". There is a deflector behind each row of disks for crushing flying clods.
  2. Clods are crumbled by the rear roller.

Proper selection of the type of the rear roller contributing significantly to the final quality of the tillage is very important. The soil is reconsolidated by the roller and then it is the same way crumbled and leveled.The selection of the type of the roller depends on the soil type and on the manner of use of the machine.
