Technology

Wide working width up to 39' 4" with sophisticated follow the contour of the field.
Double disk coulters with gauge wheels – down pressure up to 176 lb. on each coulter.
High trash flow of coulters – large spacing of even and odd coulters.
Integrated harrows with individual angle and pressure setting.
Section control – up to 96 sections (each row).

1	Ruts cultivator zone. Perfect ruts cultivation eliminates uneven plant emergence after sowing.
2	Seedbed formation and seed placement zone. The double disk coulters effectively create a compacted seedbed (V-groove) and precisely place the seed to the required depth. Thanks to the high down pressure, up to 70 % of the weight of the machine can be transferred to the coulters. The compacted seedbed and V-groove ensure excellent seed contact with soil and soil water.
3	The side seed press zone. The gauge wheel compresses the V- groove with the seed, causing the seed to squeeze sideways to the soil. There is loosened space above the seed for easy emergence of plants.
4	Seed cover and soil leveling zone. The integrated harrow ensures excellent seed coverage and precise soil surface leveling.

Excellent follow the contour of the field

Flexible frame construction perfectly absorbs shocks and traces the terrain. Thanks to separation of sowing section into 3 parts, the same sowing depth and pressure to all coulters is always maintained.

Wide range of working widths 6, 8, 10 and 12 meters.
Thanks to high down pressure of coulters up to 80 kg, the high-quality sowing is ensured even in difficult soil conditions.
The seed drill offers very high efficiency and work productivity with minimal requirements for machine maintenance.
