1 | Tractor track cultivating zone. Perfect cultivation of the tracks eliminates uneven emergence of plants after sowing. |
2 | Basic soil leveling zone. Precisely leveled soil surface allows uniform subsequent consolidation and cultivation the seedbed. |
3 | Soil pre-consolidation zone by the front roller. The front roller crumbles clods on the surface, but at the same time it consolidates the soil and restores the soil capillarity. |
4 | Seedbed zone. The soil is cultivated by the share section to the set depth. The depth should be the same as the future sowing depth. Arrow shares allow full-surface undercut and weed control. |
5 | Wave-leveling zone behind a share cultivating section. |
6 | Rear roller soil consolidation zone. The roller finely crumbles clods and ensures the final consolidation of the seedbed so that the soil capillarity is fully restored. Intensive soil moisture rise ensures good emergence of plants even in the dry season. |
7 | Final soil leveling zone. The rear rod ensures a perfect surface level with minimum clods for subsequent sowing. |
Seedbed combinators Kompaktomat are time-tested machines designed for seedbed preparation of the soil after plowing. During one run the soil is perfectly tilled to the state required for sowing of crops.
The advantage of the machine is excellent leveling of the surface, fine crumbling of clods and formation of well-consolidated seedbed. The land is perfectly leveled also due to leveling bars that can level and spread even high unevenness.

The advantage of the machine is excellent leveling of the surface, fine crumbling of clods and formation of well-consolidated seedbed. The land is perfectly leveled also due to leveling bars that can level and spread even high unevenness.
Due to high working speed, high working performance can be achieved even with lower working span of the Kompaktomat machine. A key consideration here is that due to its well-considered design and favorable weight Kompaktomat can prepare the soil after plowing during one run, whereas the soil is tilled not only on the surface, but in the whole horizon.
During the run Kompaktomat performs several working operations, during which the surface of the soil is leveled and consolidated to the depth. In the cultivated soil capillarity is restored and in the required depth the seedbed is formed. The clods are finely crumbled.

The control elements of the seedbed combinator are designed in order to achieve maximum safety of workers. Simple but quality construction with minimum maintenance requirements.
High-strength refined materials in connection with eXtra STEEL line technology guarantee long service life of our machines even in the most difficult conditions.
Due to minimum of adjusting and lubricating points the operation and subsequent maintenance are very easy steps that anybody can perform.

The share section is equipped with arrow shares of the width 10" in two rows. Each of the shares is protected with leaf spring. This share section is suitable for lighter soil conditions without vegetable rest. By default, the height-adjustable coordination bar is located behind the shares.
The universal share section is equipped with arrow shares of the width 10" in two rows. The shares are mounted on tine holders with geometry improving the throughflow of vegetable rest. Therefore, this share section is suitable for land with a higher amount of crushed vegetable rest and heavy soils. By default, the height-adjustable coordination bar is located behind the shares.

The construction of the mounted machine does not allow to place the plow stop directly on the machine. Therefore it is possible to add an additional frame with the plow stop between the tractor and the mounted machine. The construction of the plow stop is added to machine through the three-point linkage.
