Technology

Falcon HW & Digger

1 Zone of deep loosening and mixing of plant residues. Loosening depth 30 - 50 cm. The special shape of loosening chisels ensures excellent penetration even in heavily compacted soils with very low traction resistance. The chisels are in two rows. In extreme conditions, it is possible to work with only one row of chisels, thus reducing traction resistance.
2 Fertilizer storage zone. Granulated fertilizers are deposited into loosened strips in two horizons.
3 Ridge formation zone. Levelling discs also increase the effect of incorporating plant residues.
4 Clod crumbling and soil reconsolidation zone. Optimum soil reconsolidation ensures good infiltration and soil moisture rise.

Falcon HW & seeding lath

1 Loosening area for tractor and tank wagon wheel tracks. Perfect loosening of the tracks eliminates uneven emergence of plants after sowing.
2 Seedbed formation and seed placement zone. The double disc coulters effectively create a compacted seedbed (V-groove) and precisely deposit the seed to the required depth. Thanks to the high down-pressure, up to 70% of the weight of the machine can be transferred to the seeding coulters. The compacted seedbed and V-groove ensure excellent seed contact with soil and soil water.
3 The side seed press zone. The copy wheel compresses the V- groove with the seed, causing the seed to squeeze sideways to the soil. There is loosened space above the seed for easy emergence of plants.
4 Seed cover and soil leveling zone. The integrated harrow ensures excellent seed coverage and precise soil surface leveling.

Falcon HW & Strip-Till

1 Zone of cutting and spreding of plant residues. The plant residues are effectively rolled up into the strips.
2 Loosening zone. Loosening to a depth of 20 - 35 cm with chisels with special geometry ensures the creation of wide loosened strips.
3 Fertilizer storage zone. Granulated fertilizers are deposited into loosened strips in two horizons.
4 Strip forming zone. Large side discs ensure efficient forming of loose strips while increasing the quality of crumbling clods.
5 Final clod crumbling and soil reconsolidation zone. Optimum soil reconsolidation ensures good water infiltration and soil moisture rise.

Storage hopper Falcon HW with variable fertilizer batching

Technics

Reinforced tank wagon with a high-capacity and large chamber volume and seed / fertilizer scroll metering units can be connected to seeding sections or to machines for tillage and fertilizer application. It can be used for basic tillage same as for subsequent sowing.
