Strip-till cultivator Strip-Till

Technology

1 Zone of cutting and uniformly dispersing  crop residue. The crop residue is effectively rolled up into inter-rows.
2 Cutting zone. A disk with a perpendicular angle setting cuts through the layer of the soil profile.
3 Tillage and fertilizer placement zone. Tillage to the depth of 7.75"─13.75" using chisels with special geometry ensures the formation of wide tilled strips. Granular fertilizers are placed in these tilled strips into two depths.
4 Strip forming zone. Large side discs ensure efficient forming of loose strips while increasing the quality of crumbling clods.
5 Final clod crumbling and soil reconsolidation zone. Optimum soil reconsolidation ensures good water infiltration and soil moisture rise.

Technics

Strip-till cultivator Strip-Till

  1. The row cleaner unit Ø 14.5" places crop residue to inter rows.
  2. The front  disk  Ø 19.5" with the vertical angle cuts through the layer of crop residue.
  3. Rugged shanks with hydraulic protection tills soil in a strip up to the depth of 13.75".
  4. The large side discs Ø 23.5" form tilled strips and improve the quality of crushing clods.
  5. The double rear spiked roller crushes clods and compacts the top layer of the tilled row.

Provides various operations in a single pass – places crop residue into inter rows, tills soil up to the depth of 13.75" where fertilizer can be applied at two depth levels, crushes any potential clods and then compacts the tilled strip.

Soil processing up to the depth of 35 cm

The construction of the frame and working parts is designed for processing soil up to the depth of 35 cm. The robust share enters the depth of soil to loosen it and process it in the form of a strip.

High Performance and Labour Quality

  • Its design and low tractive resistance allows for high working speed
  • Its design and low tractive resistance allows for high working speed
