A new line was set into operation to process local agricultural production and to prepare fodder with ensuing extrusion in Hungary. The line consists of the MVKS-V – technology for fodder preparation with a vertically positioned hammer grinder and a standing mixer.
An extrusion line with the FE 500 extruder is connected to the fodder preparation line included the following cooling of the granules and their transport to the completed production stock. At present the line reaches capacity around 500 kg/h, but it is already prepared to expand its capacity up to 1000 kg/h by adding the second identical extruder. The line is fully-automated and controlled by FIC control system.
