Combined cultivator Triton

Technology

1 Full-surface tillage zone. The double-row disc section with aggressive geometry ensures perfect full-surface undercut to depth of 0–12 cm with intensive mixing of crop residues. The disc section also spreading well crop residues over the surface.
2 Tillage zone. The tillage depth has a wide range of 3–35 cm. Full-surface undercut wings can be used for tillage from 6 to 20 cm. Tines with optimized geometry in two rows ensure deep zone tillage to increase water infiltration.
3 Furrow-levelling zone. Levelling discs also increase the effect of incorporating crop residues.
4 Clods crumbling and soil re-compaction zone. Optimum soil re-compaction ensures good water infiltration and soil water capillarity to the surface.

High performance and quality work

  • Excellent solution for heavy soils
  • Low pulling requirement
  • High throughflow of the soil and crop residue
  • Efficient cutting and even mixing of crop residue into the processed soil layer
  • Deep zone tillage with minimal clods formation

Technics

Combined cultivator Triton 300 PS

  1. The discs with the diameter Ø 510 / Ø 560 mm arranged in two rows undercut soil.
  2. The massive tines arranged in two rows tillage the soil and incorporate crop residue.
  3. The levelling discs for perfect levelling of surface.
  4. The rear roller provides optimal re-compaction, crumbles the clods and levells off the field surface.

Combined cultivator Triton 450 PS

Combined cultivator Triton 600 PS

Robust design

High-strength refined materials in connection with eXtra STEEL line technology guarantee long service life of our machines even in the most difficult conditions.

Abrasion-resistant steel
The time-tested tines are made of high-strength abrasion-resistant steels and they are equipped with carbide plates at the point of tine. The top part of the tine can be supplemented with other carbide plates or tungsten carbide weld deposits to extend the lifespan even more.
Spring protection of chisels
Durable and maintenance-free spring protection of tines with a high release force of 450 kg.
Levelling disc protection
Durable and maintenance-free protection of the levelling discs.
Quick clamping system of rollers
Easy disconnection and connection the rear rollers – possibility of working without the rear rollers.

Easy operation

Due to minimum adjusting and lubricating points, the operation and subsequent maintenance are very easy steps, that everybody can perform.

  • Minimum adjustment points.
  • Minimum lubrication points.
Chisel working depth adjustment
Easy working depth adjustment of the chisels on rollers by setting washers.
Chisel working depth adjustment
Easy working depth adjustment of the chisels on rollers by setting washers.
Adjustment of the disc rows position
Easy adjustment of the front and rear row discs position. When the front row is lower than the rear row, soil tillage is more aggressive.
Hydraulic adjustment of the levelling discs

Proper selection of the type of the rear roller contributing significantly to the final quality of the tillage is very important. The soil is recompacted by the roller and then it is the same way crumbled and levelled. The selection of the type of the roller depends on the soil type and on the manner of use of the machine.
