Disc cultivator Diskomat

Technology

1 Full-surface tillage zone. The double-row disc section with aggressive geometry ensures excellent full-surface undercut to depth of 6–18 cm with intensive mixing of crop residues. The disc section is also spreading well crop residues over the surface.
2 The deflectors behind the discs increase soil crumbling and crop residue incorporation.
3 Clods crumbling and soil re-compaction zone. Optimum soil re-compaction ensures good water infiltration and soil water capillarity to the surface.

Disc cultivator Diskomat has a very broad range of use in various tillage technologies. It is suitable both for classical stubble cultivation after harvest to various depth up to 18 cm and for various types of other tillage.

A great advantage of the conception is the levelling effect

A great advantage of the machine conception is the generally known levelling effect, so the disc cultivator is also suitable for pre-sowing tillage when emphasis is put on good land levelling and quality tillage.

Compact dimensions, low weight

Disc cultivator Diskomat is unique in the overall construction and design as well as in the solution of the individual technical nodes and the use of special material technologies. That provides the machine with very compact dimensions (mainly for transport on the public road), very low weight and its favourable distribution onto the working units and particularly very low maintenance requirements. The machine construction meets the requirements for safety and requirements for the approval of operation on the public road.

Low maintenance requirements

Great emphasis is put on the overall design and ergonomics of the machine. All adjusting nodes are easily accessible to the operator and meet strict safety requirements. There are very low maintenance requirements of the machine. When compared to competitive machines, the number of lubrication points and the frequency of lubrication are significantly minimized – most nodes are completely maintenance-free during the whole lifespan of the machine.

Technics

Disc cultivator Diskomat N

  1. Discs with the diameter 620 mm arranged in two rows will undercut the soil. Working depth is 6–18 cm. There is a deflector behind each row of discs for crumbling flying clods.
  2. Clods are crumbled by the rear roller.

Robust design

High-strength refined materials in connection with eXtra STEEL line technology guarantee long service life of our machines even in the most difficult conditions.

  • High-strength refined materials used for crucial nodes to ensure long service life.
  • Maintenance-free spring protection
Individual disc protection
Each of the discs is individually protected, ensuring thus perfect protection of working units and high throughflow of crop residues.
Maintenance free bearings
Robust disc bearings ensuring machine operation in the most demanding conditions.
Maintenance-free spring protection
Wide placement of the working units ensuring stability. Durable and maintenance-free spring protection with high release force.

Easy operation

Due to minimum adjusting and lubricating points, the operation and subsequent maintenance are very easy steps that anybody can perform.

  • Minimum adjustment points.
  • Minimum lubrication points.
  • No angles adjustments or transpose of discs.
Working depth adjustment
Easy working depth adjustment by the pin.
Height-adjustable deflector
The height-adjustable side deflector for ideal processed soil direction.

Smartly performed designed machine

The advantage of this machine is its multipurposeness and adjustability bringing high work variability.

  • Skilful when working in the field due to a short and compact design.
  • Very good self-cleaning capabilities of the space between the disc and the tine.
Deflectors
Deflectors behind each row of discs directing and crumbling the soil.
Two types of deflectors
An option choice between two types of deflectors: comb-board / bar
All-round sharpened disc
Detail of the forged disc arm and disc sharpened around its entire perimeter.

Proper selection of the type of the rear roller contributing significantly to the final quality of the tillage is very important. The soil is recompacted by the roller and then it is the same way crumbled and levelled. The selection of the type of the roller depends on the soil type and on the manner of use of the machine.
