Kompaktomat PS

1 Tractor track cultivation zone. Perfect cultivation of the tracks eliminates uneven emergence of plants after sowing.
2 Basic soil levelling zone. Precisely levelled soil surface allows uniform subsequent compaction and cultivation the seedbed.
3 Soil pre-compaction zone by the front roller. The front roller crumbles clods on the surface, but at the same time it compacts the soil and restores the soil capillarity.
4 Seedbed zone. The soil is cultivated by the share section to the set depth. The depth should be the same as the future sowing depth. Duck foot shares allow full-surface undercut and weed control.
5 Furrow-levelling zone behind a share cultivating section.
6 Rear roller soil compaction zone. The roller finely crumbles clods and ensures the final compaction of the seedbed so that the soil capillarity is fully restored. Intensive soil water capillarity to the surface ensures good emergence of plants even in the dry season.
7 Final soil levelling zone. The rear bar or final rollers ensure a perfect levelled surface with minimum clods for subsequent sowing.

A single run perfectly prepares the soil for sowing of crops

Due to high working speed, high working performance can be achieved even with lower working span of the Kompaktomat machine. A key consideration here is that due to its well-considered design and favourable weight Kompaktomat can prepare the soil after ploughing during one run, whereas the soil is tilled not only on the surface, but in the whole horizon.

During the run Kompaktomat performs several working operations, during which the surface of the soil is levelled and compacted to the depth. In the cultivated soil capillarity is restored and in the required depth the seedbed is formed. The clods are finely crumbled.

Easy operation and possibility of aggregation with other machines

Optionally the combinator can be equipped with hydraulic adjustment of depth of the share section and hydraulic adjustment of the front leveller. Semi-mounted machines can also be equipped with the rear three-point linkage of category 2, where additional crumbling crosskill rollers can be aggregated. These rollers are suitable especially for summer when hard dry clods must be intensively crumbled. Aggregation of the seed drill and formation of productive sowing combination is another possibility. For this purpose Kompaktomat can also be equipped with additional water distribution.

Minimum maintenance requirements

The control elements of the seedbed combinator are designed in order to achieve maximum safety of workers. Simple but quality construction with minimum maintenance requirements.

Smartly designed machine

Possibility of aggregation with other machines

Semi-mounted seedbed combinators Kompaktomat K 300 P – K 1000 PS enable aggregation with other devices or machines. For this purpose they must be additionally equipped with the rear three-point linkage of category 2; it is equipment over standard.

Aggregation of seedbed combinators Kompaktomat with additional rollers

For aggregation with e.g. crumbling rollers it is sufficient to additionally equip the combinator with the rear three-point linkage only.

Aggregation of seedbed combinators Kompaktomat with the seed drill

For aggregation with a pneumatic seed drill, the combinator can be extended by the hydraulic drive of fan and hydraulic circuit for control of the seed drill markers.

Section

Section AL

The share section is equipped with duck foot shares of the width 25 cm in two rows. Each of the shares is protected with leaf spring. This share section is suitable for lighter soil conditions without crop residues. By default, the height-adjustable coordination bar is located behind the shares.

Section CF

The share section is equipped with narrow shares of the width 3.5 cm in four rows. This share section is suitable for soil tillage in spring when it is not desirable to extract wet soil to the surface, or in heavy soils. Behind the shares, the directing bar is placed as standard.

Section AP

The universal share section is equipped with duck foot shares of the width 25 cm in two rows. The shares are mounted on tine holders with geometry improving the throughflow of crop residues. Therefore, this share section is suitable for land with a higher amount of crushed crop residues and heavy soils. By default, the height-adjustable coordination bar is located behind the shares.
