1 | Tillage zone. The tillage depth has a wide range of 10–35 cm. The four-row optimized cultivation tines ensure very good tillage and intensive mixing of the soil with crop residues. |
2 | Furrow-levelling zone. Levelling discs also increase the effect of incorporating crop residues. |
3 | Clods crumbling and soil compaction zone. Optimum soil re-compaction ensures good water infiltration and soil water capillarity to the surface. |
1 | First tillage zone. The first and second tines rows are arranged in tandem behind each other. The first row of tines with optimized geometry processes the soil to depth of 10–15 cm. The second row of special tines make deeper tilled strips of soil behind the first row to depth of 15–35 cm. |
2 | First furrow-levelling zone. Levelling discs also increase the effect of incorporating crop residues. |
3 | Second tillage zone. The third and fourth tines rows are arranged in tandem behind each other again and it is tilling the intermediate soil strips behind the first tillage zone. The third tines row processes again the soil from 10 to 15 cm. The fourth tines row again makes deeper tilled strips of soil behind the third row to depth of 15–35 cm. |
4 | The second furrow-levelling zone. Levelling discs also increase the effect of incorporating crop residues. |
5 | Clods crumbling and soil compaction zone. Optimum soil re-compaction ensures good water infiltration and soil water capillarity to the surface. |
High-strength refined materials in connection with eXtra STEEL line technology guarantee long life of our machines even in the most difficult conditions.
Due to minimum of adjusting and lubricating points the operation and subsequent maintenance are very easy steps that everybody can perform.

PS - semi-mounted foldable machine
Proper selection of the type of the rear roller contributing significantly to the final quality of the tillage is very important. The soil is recompacted by the roller and then it is the same way crumbled and levelled. The selection of the type of the roller depends on the soil type and on the manner of use of the machine.
