The year 2018 was a year of changes and the beginning of large investments for Farmet. The first most visible change and investment was the reconstruction of the welding shop that caused some transfers in the production, as well as in the welding shop and the assembly plant. In spite of the difficulties, we managed to keep the production going, mostly thanks to the production workers who were able to cooperate on the changes and to overcome obstacles created by the reconstruction.
Farmet now owns a modern welding workstation on an area of 650 m2. The new welding shop is a state-of-the-art workplace with maximum emphasis on safety, health protection and light manipulation for workers. At the same time, it provides for the planned increase and quality improvements in the production. Farmet continues to offer job vacancies, also including the position of a welder in the new shop.
