Winter rape sowing is full swing and many customers use a strip sowing system with deeper chisel loosening of root zone in one operation.

Mr. Michal Jiránek farms in a beautiful but agriculturally demanding locality of Kladské Pomezí. In the village of Červená Hora on lands where his ancestors already farmed. He himself is the fifth generation and has been farming here for 30 years on his own and leased land. It works on a total of 1,000 ha of land, of which about 650 ha are arable land, even in several other cadastres from Nové Město nad Metují to the Krkonoše mountains.

In the spring of this year, the first Falcon HW tank wagon in aggregation with the Strip-till machine was delivered to Ukraine. Successful commissioning made it possible to establish quality crops with the assumption of an excellent yield.

Last year, „Agro & Kombinát Dolní Žandov company“ purchased a 6 m Falcon PRO Tandem coulter seed drill.

The completely new four row cultivator Terrix Quattro 600 PS was delivered for Spring season 2020 to Agro & Kombinát Dolní Žandov. This cultivator provides full-area intensive soil cultivation into the depth up to 35 cm.

After demanding two years testing, the new Softer 1250 PRO disc cultivators are coming to the market. Wide-width machines with working width of 12.5 meters are designed for large companies with tractors with of 500-650 hp power. The working width of 12.5 meters is also advantageous for single tramlines (CTF) with a 12 meter module.

The family farm has been successfully using the Kompaktomat K 600 PS pre-sowing combiner in pre-sowing preparation for almost 20 years.

Agro company Agrosem Stezery sowed poppy seeds with their new seed drill Falcon PRO Fert 2nd generation, which they decides to buy having a great experience of six years with Falcon PRO 1st generation they have. Agrosem Stezery specialized in growing of poppy seeds and it is main production for them.

This spring, they started to work with Kompaktomat K 700 at the Lhota pod Hořičkami, which belongs to ZD Dolany. Kompaktomat processed soil for sowing of sugar beet.

In the hilly area of the foothills of the Orlicke Mountains, Falcon 3 COMPACT works reliably during spring sowing of barley, wheat and peas. It is not the first Farmet seed drill working in demanding conditions of this region. One of the companies used the first generation of seed drills manufactured by Farmet, the seed drill BSK 300 with which they had good experience for many years. This seed drill has been used successfully on their fields for more than 20 years.

This year, sowing of two crops in one pass with a Falcon PRO seed drill was applied in agricultural company Dolany, Czech Republic.

At the beginning of April, ZOD Zálší sowed three kinds of crops (alfalfa, grass and peas) with the machine Falcon 6 PRO Fert + in one pass. Agricultural company is farming in the district of Ústí nad Orlicí, it is Pardubice region, northwest of Czech Republic. The company is mainly engaged by cattle breeding. Crop production is focused on the production of fodder for animal production and also on the production of market crops, mostly cereals, rape and sugar beet. The area of agriculture lands is 4100 hectares.

In the second half of March, I visited the Agricultural Trading Company Šestajovice - Jirny, a.s. This is where we delivered the new Monsun ME 600 sowing machine at the beginning of spring.

Proper use of resources is the key to the success of agricultural production. I consider time to be the most important, followed by other components such as seeds, fertilizer, plant protection products, fuels and other tangible and intangible elements of technology.

A farmer working on 150 ha of arable land in the north of the Czech Republic combines conventional and minimizing technology when growing agricultural crops. The farm uses plowing mainly in the cultivation of sugar beet and uses a deep cultivator and subsequently a disc cultivator under the rest of the crops. Crop portfolio represents approximately 60 ha of wheat, 25 ha of barley, 30 ha of sugar beet and the remaining 35 ha is rapeseed.

The new modular sowing machine Falcon 6 PRO Fert+ works from autumn season at AGROSEM cooperative – seeds producer in Stěžery. After 6 years of good experience with the first Farmet Falcon 6 PRO disc seed drill, they decided to buy the new Falcon from the FARMET company. The Falcon PRO Fert + (2020) is the second Falcon seed drill in AGROSEM Stěžery. On the machine, they especially appreciate the performance, the highly resistant pneumatic roller, the high variability (modularity) of the machine and the excellent crop quality production. A great advantage is the possibility of sowing poppy, which the company specializes in.
