Tine cultivator Triolent

Technology

Triolent PS: Stubble cultivation to depth from 6 to 20 cm

Triolent PS: Tillage to depth of 30 cm

1 Tillage zone. The tillage depth has a wide range of 6–30 cm. For tillage from 6 to 20 cm can be used wings to full-surface undercut. The tines arranged in three rows with optimized geometry ensure excellent tillage and intensive mixing soil with crop residues.
2 Furrow-levelling zone. Levelling discs also increase the effect of incorporating crop residues.
3 Clods are crumbling and soil compaction zone. Optimum soil recompaction ensures good water infiltration and soil water capillarity to the surface.

Variants of fertiliser placement

The fertiliser is placed under the surface, put in lower part of processed soil profile
One part of the fertiliser is place under the surface in lower part of processed soil profile and the second part just under the surface + areal to the sides

High performance and quality of work

  • High working speed up to 12 km/h.
  • Low pulling requirement and excellent soil mixing due to tines optimized design.
  • Excellent throughflow of crop residues.
  • The spiral shape of tines upper part for controlled soil flow.
  • Maintenance-free working units fitted with carbide plates for minimal wear.

Easy operation

Due to minimum adjusting and lubricating points the operation and subsequent maintenance are very easy steps that everybody can perform.

  • Minimum adjustment points.
  • Minimum lubrication points.
Working depth adjustment
Easy working depth adjustment of the tines according to the overview table by the setting washers.
Adjustable levelling discs
Height-adjustable levelling discs with easy adjustment, suspended by rubber elements.
Hydraulic setting of levelling discs
Optional equipment. Easy, quick and convenient disc setting from the tractor cabin, also available while working in the field.

Smartly performed designed machine

The advantage of this machine is its multipurposeness and adjustability bringing high work variability.

  • Skilful when working in the field due to short and compact design.
  • Stable due to short design and light axle.

Turning on rollers
Higher stability and quick turning at headlands due to possibility of turning on all rollers.
Suspended levelling discs
Suspended levelling discs for quality levelling soil surface.
Full-surface stubble cultivation
Chisels with wings for full-surface undercut up to 20 cm depth.
Folding system
Patented folding system enabling the machine with 7.9 m working width to be folded to 3 m transport width and 4 m height and thus complies with the regulations for vehicles operation on the public road.

Proper selection of the type of the rear roller contributing significantly to the final quality of the tillage is very important. The soil is recompacted by the roller and then it is the same way crumbled and levelled. The selection of the type of the roller depends on the soil type and on the manner of use of the machine.
