A Syncult applikátor egy elosztó rendszerből, egy speciális elosztó fejből, valamint a hígtrágya, vagy fermentlé bedolgozására szolgáló talajművelő gépből álló egység. Az elosztó fej rotorját egy hidraulikus hajtőmű hajtja meg és ez gondoskodik a valamennyi kivezető csövön keresztül történő egyenletes hígtrágya elosztásról, illetve a hígtrágyában lévő szilárd alkotórészek aprításáról. A kivezető csövek úgy kerülnek elhelyezésre, hogy a hígtrágyát a gép egyenletesen juttassa ki a fellazított talajrétegbe, így az ammónia és szén-dioxid emissziója a levegőbe a lehető legkisebb legyen.

Softer NS + SynCult is a complete set consisting of the disc cultivator, a frame, a precise distribution head, hose outlets and corresponding end pieces. The number of outlets and the mounting of the distribution head is defined by the width of the disc cultivator. The distribution head meters out homogenous quantity of manure or digestate into the individual outlets and hoses that are distributed in a defined order, which ensures a trouble-free application of the liquid fertiliser. The outlet of the liquid in front of the disc allows immediate and emission-free incorporation. This incorporation method reduces the number of passes, saves time and money and meets the requirements for incorporating manure within 4 hours.
