Falcon SW is a new modular sowing machine (carrier) which was for the first time presented to the public at the Agritechnica Hannover fair. Falcon SW is intended for sowing pro of all common crops in various technologies of planting according to the selected pre-procession and sowing section. The machine modularity enables a wide range of combinations of working sections according to technological requirements and crop targeting of individual customers. The working sections are suspended in quick-clamping suspensions which significantly facilitates their replacement. The rear linkage is a standard TPH of category III so that even standard carried sewing machines or machines for incorporation of manure can be aggregated.
Mighty low-pressure travel wheels ensure a very low specific pressure on soil and excellent stability of the machine during transportation. They also ensure a low traction resistance and high stability even at high sewing speeds over 15 km/hour. The working width of the sewing sections can be different for various technologies. The sewing bar with disc drill coulters with spacing of 12.5 or 15 cm for sowing of cereals and legumes up to the working width of 12 m. Sewing units for precise sowing of maize with the working width of 6 to 12 rows (70–75 cm). The working sections for precise sowing of maize may be equipped with disk units for the fertilizer application.
Standard equipment of Falcon SW includes one-chamber hopper with the volume of 3.6 m3; on request two-chamber hopper with the volume of 5.5 m3 divided 60:40 for the seed and fertilizer can be supplied as well. A range of pre-processing sections can be suspended on a hydraulically controlled hinge located under the hopper in the front. You can choose from levelling flexi-board, two-row pre-processing disk section, chisel section for strip processing with the possibility of additional fertilization and four-row section for quality pre-processing of heavier soils.
Falcon SW can be thus configured from a simple sewing machine with the working width of up to 12 m to the combined sewing machine with pre-processing of soil, additional fertilization and precise seed placement. Falcon SW in aggregation with special cultivators can also be used for deep incorporation of fertilizers during basic soil processing.
