A rigorously prepared seedbed, high operating output of the machine, user-friendly operation and minimum maintenance requirements: these advantages are the reason why the Slovak company Gamota v.d. decided to purchase Kompaktomat MAX, a seedbed cultivator, with the width of 15.7m.
The largest Kompaktomat in the series, K1570 MAX, is now working near the Danube River, in the southernmost part of Slovakia. The machine, designed for seedbed preparation, combines several operations into a single pass. It perfectly levels the soil, finely crumbles clods and creates a well-compacted seedbed. The high operating speed and the wide coverage of 15.7m guarantee a high daily output of the machine, which is hundreds of hectares. Folding and unfolding of the machine is fully automated using one hydraulic circuit and the machine meets all the terms and conditions of road traffic operation. Other settings of the seedbed cultivator can be performed directly in the tractor cabin; moreover, the machine has minimum maintenance requirements.
Our customer prepared the field prior to seeding sugar beet, in aggregation with the four-crawler John Deere 9620 RX. The agronomist praised the precise setting and adherence to the working depth of shares, which was only 3cm in this case. Together with the tractor driver, they highlighted the work of four hydraulically-controlled track cultivators that perfectly processed the compacted soil behind the twenty-six-tonne pulling vehicle.
