Disc cultivator Diskomat

Technology

1 Full-area loosening zone. Two row discs section with aggressive geometry ensures excellent full-area undercut to depth of 6–18 cm with intensive mixing of plant residues. The disc section is also spreading well plant residues over the area.
2  The deflectors behind the discs increase soil crumbling and crop residue incorporation.
3 Clod crumbling and soil reconsolidation zone. Optimum soil reconsolidation ensures good water infiltration and soil moisture rise.

Disk plough-harrow Diskomat has a very broad range of use in various technologies of soil processing. It is suitable both for classical stubble-breaking after harvest to various depths of up to 18 cm and for various types of other soil processing.

A great advantage of the conception is the levelling effect

A great advantage of the conception of the machine is the generally known levelling effect so the disk plough-harrow is also suitable for pre-sowing soil processing when emphasis is put on good levelling of the land and quality soil processing.

Compact dimensions, low weight

Disk plough-harrow Diskomat is unique in the overall construction and design as well as in the solution of the individual technical nodes and the use of special material technologies. That provides the machine with very compact dimensions (mainly for transport on the road network), very low weight and its favourable distribution onto the working bodies and particularly very low maintenance requirements. The machine construction meets the requirements for safety and requirements for the approval of operation on the road network.

Low maintenance requirements

Great emphasis is put on the overall design and ergonomics of the machine. All adjusting nodes are easily accessible to the operator and meet strict safety requirements. Most controlling elements are solved by hydraulics and can be comfortably regulated directly from the operator’s position in the tractor during work. There are very low maintenance requirements of the machine. When compared to competitive machines, the number of lubrication places and the frequency of lubrication are significantly minimized – most nodes are completely maintenance-free during the whole lifespan of the machine.

Option of several types of rear rollers

There are several types of rear rollers depending on the soil conditions. The integrated transport axle with braked wheels is a part of the double rubber-tyred roller. The axle placement thus ensures favourable position of the disk plough-harrow at work and maximum pressure on individual disk rows. This is very important for reliable operation of the machine even in heavy soil conditions and at high working speeds.

Technics

Disc cultivator Diskomat PS

  1. Disks with the diameter of 620 mm located in two rows will undercut the soil. Working depth is 5‒18 cm. Behind each row of disks there is a deflector striking down flying clods.
  2. Clods are crumbled by the rear roller.

Robust design

High-strength refined materials in connection with eXtra STEEL line technology guarantee long service life of our machines even in the most difficult conditions.

  • High-strength refined materials used for crucial nodes to ensure long service life
  • Separate protection of disks
  • Maintenance-free placement of disks
  • Maintenance-free spring placement
Separate protection of disks
Each of the disks is separately protected ensuring thus perfect protection of working members and high passability for plant residues.
Maintenance free bearings
Robust placement of the disks ensuring operation of the machine in the most demanding conditions.
Maintenance-free spring protection
Wide placement of the working members ensuring stability. Resistant and maintenance-free spring protection with high release force.
Replaceable high-strength cases
The mounting of working units using replaceable high-strength cases

Easy operation

Due to minimum of adjusting and lubricating points the operation and subsequent maintenance are very easy steps that anybody can perform.

  • Minimum of adjustment points.
  • Minimum of lubrication points.
  • No angles adjustments or translation of disks are needed.
Adjustment of working depth
Easy adjustment of the working depth according to the overview table using the distance washers on the roller piston rods.
Height-adjustable deflector
The height-adjustable right side deflector for ideal direction of the processed soil.

Smartly performed designed machine

The advantage of this machine is its multipurposeness and adjustability bringing high variability of work.

  • Skilful when working in the field due to a short compact design.
  • Stability of the machine in the field due to short design and light axle.
  • Very good self-cleaning capabilities of the space between the disc and the tine.
High speed of turning
Higher stability and higher speed of turning at headlands due to possibility of turning on all rollers.
Deflectors
Deflectors behind each row of disks directing and crumbling the soil.
Two types of deflectors
choice between two types of deflectors: gill / bar
Folding system
Patented folding system enabling the machine with the working span of 7.8 m to be folded to the transport width of 3 m and height of 4 m and thus complies with the regulations for operation of vehicles on the road network.
Plough beam and disk
Detail of the plough beam and disk sharpened around its entire perimeter.
Disk placement
Detail of the disk placement – encapsulated tapered roller bearing.

Proper selection of the type of the rear roller contributing significantly to the final quality of the processing is very important. The soil is recompacted by the roller and then it is the same way crumbled and levelled. The selection of the type of the roller depends on the soil type and on the manner of use of the machine.
