Processing of Used Kitchen Oils
Used cooking oils are a waste product in the food industry and their using can be found in many other fields (construction, forestry, energy, biodiesel component…).
Almost every kitchen in the household or restaurant produces used cooking oil (e.g. during frying, deep - frying). Current legislation imposes the obligation to treat this used oil as a waste which must be ecologically disposed of / recycled. The ideal way for using the product and being at the same time environmentally friendly is a modern technology for recycling used cooking oils (UCO - Used Cooking Oil).
