Technology

1	Zone of cutting and uniformly dispersing crop residue. The crop residue is effectively rolled up into inter-rows.
2	Loosening zone. Loosening to a depth of 20–35 cm with chisels with special geometry ensures the creation of wide loosened strips. První řada volitelná výbava.
3	Fertilizer storage zone. Granulated fertilizers are deposited into loosened strips in two horizons.
4	Strip forming zone. Large side discs ensure efficient forming of loose strips while increasing the quality of crumbling clods.
5	Final clod crumbling and soil reconsolidation zone. Optimum soil reconsolidation ensures good water infiltration and soil moisture rise.

Technics

The row cleaner unit Ø 370 mm places crop residue to inter rows.
The front disk Ø 500 mm with the vertical angle cuts through the layer of crop residue.
Rugged shanks with hydraulic protection tills soil in a strip up to the depth of 35 cm.
The large side discs Ø 600 mm form tilled strips and improve the quality of crushing clods.
The double rear spiked roller crushes clods and compacts the top layer of the tilled row.

Provides various operations in a single pass – places crop residue into inter rows, tills soil up to the depth of 35 cm where fertilizer can be applied at two depth levels, crushes any potential clods and then compacts the tilled strip.

Soil processing up to the depth of 35 cm

The construction of the frame and working parts is designed for processing soil up to the depth of 35 cm. The robust ploughshare enters the depth of soil to loosen it and process it in the form of a strip.
