Terrix Quatro

 

1 Loosening zone. The loosening depth has a wide range of 10–35 cm. Full-area undercut wings can be used for loosening from 10 to 20 cm. The four-row optimized cultivation chisels ensure very good loosening and intensive mixing of the soil with the plant residues.
2 Wave-levelling zone. Levelling discs also increase the effect of incorporating plant residues.
3 Clod crumbling and soil compaction zone. Optimum soil reconsolidation ensures good water infiltration and soil moisture rise.

Terrix Dual

 

1 First loosening zone. The first and second rows of shares are arranged in tandem rows. The first row of shares with optimized shape processes the soil to depth of 10–15 cm. The second row of special shares makes deeper loosened strips of soil behind the first row to depth of 15–35 cm.
2 First Wave-levelling zone Levelling discs also increase the effect of incorporating plant residues.
3 Second loosening zone. The third and fourth rows of shares are arranged in tandem rows again and it is loosening the intermediate soil strips behind the first loosening zone. The third row of shares process again soil from 10 to 15 cm. The fourth row of shares again makes deeper loose strips of soil behind the third row to depth of 15–35 cm.
4 The second Wave-levelling zone. Levelling discs also increase the effect of incorporating plant residues.
5 Clod crumbling and soil compaction zone. Optimum soil reconsolidation ensures good water infiltration and soil moisture rise.

High-strength refined materials in connection with eXtra STEEL line technology guarantee long service life of our machines even in the most difficult conditions.

Abrasion-resistant steel
The time-tested ploughshares are made of high-strength abrasion resistant steels and they are equipped with widia plates at the point of the share. The top part of the share can be supplemented with other widia plates or tungsten carbide weld deposits to extend the durability even more.
Spring protection
Resistant and maintenance-free spring protection of the cultivating discs with a high release force of 450kg.

Easy operation

Due to minimum of adjusting and lubricating points the operation and subsequent maintenance are very easy steps that anybody can perform.

Proper selection of the type of the rear roller contributing significantly to the final quality of the processing is very important. The soil is recompacted by the roller and then it is the same way crumbled and levelled. The selection of the type of the roller depends on the soil type and on the manner of use of the machine.
