The most common cultivator standards include Softer disc cultivators, which offer a variety of disc sizes and shapes on massive forged legs.
Currently on offer are discs with a diameter of 510 and 560 mm. The discs may have larger or smaller teeth or may be completely smooth. A significant advantage of Farmet discs is the full-edge blade even with toothed discs, which significantly improves penetration into the soil in very harsh conditions. Excellent penetration into the soil and full-area undercutting of the soil is also achieved by a significant vertical deflection of the discs, which is one of the largest in this category of disc stubble cultivators. At the same time, very low tensile strength and high working speed are ensured.
Excellent mixing and spreading of plant residues significantly improves their rapid decomposition and reduces their negative effect on subsequent crops. Depending on the needs of shallow or deeper conditions, we can set the depth of processing from 4 to 12 cm. A version of the machine with DFR rollers and double support wheels proved to be very shallow cultivation.
Stubble cultivators Softer are manufactured either as mounted in widths of 2.5 m, 3 m, 3.5 m, 4.5 m, 5 m and 6 m, or as semi-mounted in widths of 4 m, 4.5 m, 5 m, 6 m, 8 m, 9 m, 11 m, 12 m and 12.5 m (PRO version). Stubble cultivation immediately after harvest is also associated with the sowing of intermediate crops, which is very popular today. On the Softer it is possible to use the Microdrill - an additional seed drill for sowing small seeds. The Microdrill ensures even seed metering under the rear roller, so that good contact with the soil and fast even emergence are ensured. Even the basic tank with a volume of 200 l ensures high performance and productivity. A larger tank can be fitted on request.
