The expeller presses Farmet UNO and Farmet DUO are intended for cold pressing of oilseeds without any preceding seed treatment. These presses are designed with respect to a high oil yield while maintaining the dietetic qualities of the oil. Target crops are all the common and less common oilseeds, even those with oil content more than 10 %.
The UNO and DUO presses are expeller presses for oilseeds. As the screw shape changes, compression of seeds occurs inside the press, which leads to a gradual separation of the oil from the seeds. Eventually, the oil seeps out through the outlet slits.
The drive can be equipped with an integrated frequency converter with a revolution counter. Changing the revolutions can optimize the pressing process for different oilseeds species.

The presses UNO and DUO are small capacity presses that reach a performance of 8-24 kg per hour. The design routinely meets EU specifications; however, it can be adjusted to wiring requirements from local markets (e.g. USA, Canada, etc.). The presses can be equipped with a converter for changing revolutions of the main drive, which allows optimization of the pressing process. The presses are equipped with motors with power output of 1.1-3 kW, depending on the technology.
