Technology

1 Clods crumbling and soil  re-compaction zone. The roller gently crumbs the clods and ensures the final compaction of the seedbed sothe soil capillarity is fully restored. The intensive  soil water capillarity to the surface ensures even emergence of plants even in the dry season.

Additional crumbling crosskill rollers aggregated to the rear hitch TPH of the  seedbed combinator Kompaktomat are in widespread use for more intensive processing of the soil, especially heavy soil.

Transport and folding

During transportation the rollers are carried and therefore manoeuvrability of the machine is not reduced at all.

Also folding to the working position is derived from the circuit of machine unfolding, so that the work with the Kompaktomat machine with additional rollers is very simple. The additional rollers are offered with the working span of 3–10 metres.

The rollers are made of crosskill wheels Ø 400 mm from quality cast iron.

The third point's suspension of DV 1000 NS crumbling rollers absorbs shocks and increases its service life of the frame construction.
Extreme rollers
Extreme rollers of DV 1000 NS crumbling rollers are equipped with resistant and maintenance-free rubber suspension ensuring optimal terrain tracing.

Easy operation

Due to minimum of adjusting and lubricating points the operation and subsequent maintenance are very easy steps that anybody can perform.
