We gradually implemented special working place for production of KOMPAKTOMAT machines since the beginning of the New Year. Hereby we doubled the capacity and cut delivery time already for this year’s spring season. Now we satisfy more customers.

An agricultural machine has to deal with various laws of physics and soil conditions when in operation, which can often bring some struggles and sometimes even damage. We can influence the time and financial demands of a repair only by timely responding to a change in the behaviour of the machine and an inspection.

The main season is inevitably approaching and it is time to think about machine demonstrations. Most dealers consider demonstrations to be the best sales promotion available, so let’s do it!

A new line was set into operation to process local agricultural production and to prepare fodder with ensuing extrusion in Hungary. The line consists of the MVKS-V – technology for fodder preparation with a vertically positioned hammer grinder and a standing mixer.

On the basis of the increasingly growing demand and positive signals from the markets, Farmet has launched an extensive project of new investments into further expansion of the production capacities of the Česká Skalice plant (CZ) in 2018.

We manufacture the successful modular concept of the Falcon seed drills with maximum diligence. We regularly test and continuously improve the quality of individual components and entire machines. We want the customer to get the best product.

The combined Triton cultivator is one of the latest products introduced during this year’s Farmet Company Day – 25th anniversary celebrations.

The design of Falcon Compact is based in the Falcon PRO modular seed drills. Thanks to its dimensions, agility, low weight and price, it is mainly used by farmers with acreage of up to 500ha and a pulling vehicle with horsepower of up to 140.

Another novelty presented during this year’s Farmet Company Day was the Terrix four-row chisel cultivator, available in two versions.

Farmet is again presenting itself on the large area of the AGRITECHNICA Hannover 2017 World Exhibition.

The pleasant weather in October was perfect for organising a tour of the Falcon 6 PRO FERT+ Seed Drill in cooperation with our business partners in France. The customers in Deux-Sevres, Grand-Est and Normandy were mainly interested in its modularity, the wide range of application, such as minimisation as well as standard technology, sowing two crops with or without additional fertilisation under all conditions and with all technologies – after tillage, stubble cultivation, mulching, also without any seedbed preparation.

After sowing oil seed rape, Falcon SW quickly switched from the new pre-processing chisel STRIP section with a packer and the rear seeding section to sowing winter crops with the 9-metre-wide seeding section and coulter spacing of 12.5cm.

This technology is a highly efficient soybean treatment process combining extrusion with mechanical pressing. The extruders are advantageously used to increase the pressing efficiency, where the extrusion process results in heating of the seeds, disrupting of the cells and releasing of oil, which then makes the pressing process easier. For soybean pressing technology you will get all engineering and other services such as technical support and service.

Farmet becomes a new member of the American Oil Chemists' Society. We look forward to our mutual cooperation in the processing of oil seeds and vegetable oils.

A look back at the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the foundation of Farmet a.s. on 7 / 9 June 2017.

The work with new strip-drill sections on rapeseed fields have started and now continues with sowing other winter crops in configuration for wide-row sowing.

We have commenced the active demonstration of the Falcon modular sowing machine in the soil conditions at the customers. We perform colza growth establishment in the STRIP modification with spacing of 25 cm with the possibility of depositing the fertiliser in the root zone. The commencement of the Falcon Tour took place with Nahoranska a.s. by sowing into medium stubble ploughed under with fertilising using a combined fertiliser.
